Positive: The apartment was immaculate and well decorated and stocked with everything needed. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting bute park. The host was helpful and the access arrangements were easy.

Positive: Excellent communication, brilliant location, rooms and lounge were perfect for us as a family of 4 - 2 of us leaving teenagers in the apartment one evening to attend a concert at the Principality that was literally opposite. Modern furnishings and centrally located Positive: Beautiful furnishings. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Proximity to great dining, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Negative: The master bed was too small and too short. We're both under 6 feet tall, and it was still hard for us to sleep comfortably. The area feels a bit unsafe, and we made sure to be inside by dark. The parking situation was a bit complex but manageable. Slows things down. Host advertised having a dryer, but that was not the case (only a washer). The host seemed annoyed when contacted. Wasn't really family friendly (for young children), but it would be ideal if you plan to escape and stay inside for a few nights or a study retreat.
